Thank you for shopping with us. Because all products are made to order, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Made-to-Order Products

All items sold in our store are custom printed and produced on demand through our fulfillment partner. As a result, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Normal wear and tear

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies at no additional cost to you:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Refund (issued at our discretion)

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier

  2. Allow up to 48 hours for delivery updates

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or resolution.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after placement. Once production begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

If you need to correct your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately after purchase. Changes cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume periods

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
